PACE initiatives begin with a question, challenge or opportunity. We bring together insight, expertise and partners to develop practical guidance and identify realistic pathways for improvement.
Before recommending action, PACE asks: What is the problem? Who is affected? What already exists? What evidence do we have? Who understands the issue? What can realistically improve it?
This helps reduce duplication and directs effort towards areas where shared knowledge can create greater value.
PACE may identify education as a priority and invite educators, academics, school leaders and community experts to examine practical improvements — such as strengthening Christian schools, improving affordability, extending learning through evening programmes or making better use of existing resources.
The resulting guideline or roadmap can then be shared with organisations and institutions able to influence or support schools in Pakistan.
If funding is a barrier, PACE can convene further expertise to explore efficient use of current resources, identify suitable partners and, where appropriate, connect professional oversight to monitor progress and responsible use of support.
PACE may bring together small-business specialists, marketers, development professionals, entrepreneurs and people with local market experience to examine why families remain economically dependent and what practical routes could improve financial resilience.
Experts can identify barriers, available resources, skills gaps and realistic pathways, then develop a roadmap that existing individuals and organisations can use to launch or strengthen relevant initiatives.
